sudo_ml is a builder and strategist at the intersection of digital assets, privacy advocacy, and secure hardware. The two decades across finance and crypto she brings to Sovright have given her an institutional perspective and a sharp sense of what sovereignty requires at scale.
As Head of Business Development and the first business hire at Anchorage Digital, sudo_ml helped stand up the go-to-market, partnerships, and client functions that carried the firm from pre-product to its first $1bn in AUM. She was also Chief Strategy Officer at Prenetics, a pan-Asian consumer genomics company.
Earlier in her career, she worked in private equity at an Asian buyout fund and in mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse. She also ran a business in innovation consulting, advising CEOs of multi-billion-dollar traditional financial institutions. sudo_ml graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the School of Arts and Sciences.
sudo_ml's Zcash journey started in 2021, when she was appointed to the inaugural Zcash Open Major Grants committee, helping direct funding across the ecosystem. She has a strong interest in security and verifiable hardware, especially when looking at a horizon where hyper-empowered AI agents and physical AI look poised to make our lives look simultaneously like a utopia and a dystopia. She hopes to contribute to creating technology that preserves human agency.
